🔒 Posting a job and how escrow works

Hire safely: fund escrow, choose a worker, release pay when the job is done.

Go to Post a job and add a title, pay, category and description. For on-site jobs, add the area (shown publicly) and the exact address (shown only to the person you hire).

Escrow, step by step

1. Fund escrow by paying the job amount through Flutterwave. Workers can see the pay is guaranteed.
2. Hire one applicant.
3. Mark complete when the work is done. Our team then releases the pay to the worker.

If the job is cancelled before anyone is hired, the escrow is refunded.
