Yes. Joining, meeting people, playing games and applying for jobs are free. You earn Verse Coins for travel just by using the site, and you can top up if you want more.

Can people see where I live?

No. Only a zone about 1 km wide is ever shown, never your exact position.

Can I cash out my coins?

No. Coins are game currency only. Real job pay is paid through escrow.

The 3D World is slow on my phone. What can I do?

Close other apps and tabs, use a recent browser, and pause the music from the player. The world automatically uses lighter graphics on phones.

How do I contact the team?

Use Report on any profile or job, or reach us through the Safety Centre page.

Are there bots or fake profiles?

No bots. Games are only with real people, and you can check for the ✔ Verified badge, which means our team has checked a person's ID and selfie.

No. There's no casino, betting or lotto on SociaVerse, and coins can never be cashed out.
