🏗️ Land, houses and businesses

Buy a plot, build a house or a business, and hire from it.

In each city's 🏡 Residential Estate there are plots of land you can own. Walk up to a plot to see what's there.

• 🪧 For sale: buy the land with Verse Coins (game money only, never real money).
• Build a house for yourself, or a business: a shop, café, salon, workshop, office or farm with your own name on the sign. Builders take a little while; you'll see the building site until it's ready.
• Hire from your business: tap your business and choose Post a job. The job title starts with your business name, and pay is protected by escrow like every job.
• Your businesses show on your profile, so people know who they're working with.
• Each member can own a limited number of plots, so there's land for everyone.

More land when it sells out

Each estate has six plots. When every plot in a city is owned, a new estate opens automatically. Tap 🏘️ Estate at the top of the screen to move between estates and see how many plots are still for sale. People you see walking are in the same estate as you.
